Consumer Insights is my area of keen interest. Unlike insights derived from
mining data, Consumer Insights strive to uncover the often unspoken, underlying belief that motivates behaviour. They’re the lynchpin for getting a brand’s
positioning spot-on and consequently, affecting commercial results.

Ask the owner of a prestige car why they bought it and most will wax lyrical about the safety, engineering and design. Few will confess its importance to ‘brand me’ and the statement it makes to the world about them.
